Orhan launched his personal brand company, in 2020, titled simply OM.

With OM, Orhan brings forth his unique and powerful voice in coaching, educating, and speaking. Bringing forward his style and humor and incorporating result-producing processes, his clients and audience are empowered and inspired.

His foundation came as a result of his ongoing 21-year career as founder and managing partner of dezinsINTERACTIVE, an award-winning branding, web development, and marketing company. By communicating and connecting with small business owners, associations, non-profit champions, entrepreneurs, and students, he found his voice to connect and empower those individuals to realize and reveal their unique strengths and bring those stories to the world around them.

Assisting others in achieving their goals and realizing their dreams is a significant source of inspiration and reward for him.

In 2018, he founded Manfulness Living, a community created for men offering a space to talk confidentially about subjects specific to men, while providing solutions to transform one’s life personally and professionally using mindfulness practices.
