In celebration of National Women’s History Month, the 101 Women in Business Conference continues to serve as one of Louisiana’s most impactful gatherings of entrepreneurs, executives, and industry leaders. Hosted at L’Auberge Casino and Hotel, the multi-day conference brings together women from across the region to share knowledge, build relationships, and strengthen their businesses for long-term success.

The 2026 theme, “Built to Last: Leading with Integrity, Positioning for Growth,” focused on equipping participants with the tools and strategies needed to build sustainable, scalable, and resilient businesses.
